The Executive Board has implemented a new policy regarding payment for workshops.  It will be necessary from now on to pay up front to get your name on the workshop sign-up sheet for future workshops.

In addition we will have guidelines that determine how long a presenter spends with each workshop participant.  The first round will be approximately five minutes.  The rest of the rounds will be in the five to eight minute time frame.  We would like to begin with the least experienced participant and end with the most experienced.  For this reason it's important that everyone show up on time.  Don Brown and Tom McCormack will determine the order.  We feel it's important to distribute the time of the presenter as fairly as possible.  Tom McCormack will assist members with wiring if asked.  Other members may be willing to help as well.
